Agricultural stream LMIA applies to primary agriculture activities including:

Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP)
SAWP allows employers to hire workers from Mexico and 11 Caribbean countries for up to 8 months per year. Has its own bilateral agreement framework with reduced employer documentation.
Employer Obligations
Agricultural stream employers must provide free or low-cost housing, transportation to and from the worker's home country, and meet provincial labour standards for agricultural workers.
